MC2 proposes reliability study services. This one consists of injecting RF power and measuring the absorbed and output power delivered by the devices under test. In the mean time drain and gate current are measured. The reliability protocole is defined by our clients and can spreads over severals steps. Usually the first one consists of S_ij and load pull measurement. Then the second step starts with a time period defined at the beginning for which RF power is injected. Then the third step is aimed at Sij and load pull measurement like the one done for the first step. Finally antother aggression step restart but with a time period longer than the previous one. The number of aggression periods is defined by our clients, the overall reliability test may spreads over several months. Our realibility measurement setup is able to carry out the study for 12 devices at the same time.
