APMS-DATA software developed by our team can drive the I(V) pulsed measurement setup supplied by MC2.

The software also allows the Sij measurement (optional) using a vector network analyzer (not provided by default).

This software allows the I(V) measurement setup configuration. This one is divided into several tabs that enables measurement automation for all devices. No advanced knowledge is recquired by the user. These tabs are:

• The configuration / discovery of devices in the APMS system:

• The acquisition head and pulse generation (APMS-HPM-LPM).
• External power for the sensor HPM-AMPS.

• Vector network analyzer for measuring Sij parameters (optional).

• The configuration of DC pulses (possibility for RF pulses with Sij option).

• Heads calibration

• The measurement batch setup to perform several successive measurements with different configurations

• The measurement implementation
