This Bias Tee has initially been developed for pulsed IV and S_ij measurement but can also be used for other applications like load pull. The standard bias tee configuration is supplied within a dedicated fixture with K connectors for RF input and output and with SMB or SMC connectors for DC input. The maximum voltage biasing before breakdown is 100V but could eventually be increased up to 200V on specific demand while the maximum biasing current is 1 A. The lower cut off frequency is 25 MHz and the higher one is 40 GHz. This Bias Tee can be customized on specific demand. Please contact us for further information.
