This low cost measurement bench, designed and developed by our team will make  transistors reliability measurements. This bench is autonomous and requires very little extra hardware. That is only one computer to run software developed in-house and a multimeter to measure the different values. The system is capable of achieving the reliability up to 12 transistors simultaneously for several thousand hours. The current Memorandum of aggression is to inject a signal at 2GHz on the components through a generation card embedded on the bench measurement. The system measures at regular interval of time the injected power, thoughtful, voltage and gate current and drain and the power delivered to the output of each component. The current version can be modified to meet the needs of our customers. It is also possible to adjust the frequency of operation and protocol reliability.
